Sure beats a trip to Coffs or Kempsey to go to Bunnings. Good knowledge of products and location by staff. Good range of products at comparative prices to Bunnings. Loyalty rewards program that is simple and easy to redeem. Good paint section with colour tinting available. Garden section looks a little neglected but prices are good

What an absolute rort this place has going. Everything is literally double and sometime triple the price compared to elsewhere. Simply won’t bother coming to check anything out in future. Stop ripping off locals you grubs.

We came in on the weekend looking for some painters tape, we were told that the tape down the bottom of the paint section was the same as the more expensive option. After taping all our windows and it peeling the next day we soon found out this was not the case. We then got a large tin of paint from the discounted section, we were told by 2 staff members on different occasions that it was “white on white” After getting home and applying it to our wall, it was most definitely grey. Back the following morning to get the right paint and pay for the more expensive tape while still having the 3 rolls at home isn’t a great feeling. Days behind on renovations and so much money down the drain. Absolutely won’t be back, Bunnings trip it is for us.

Everything is so overpriced. So sick of Mitre10 having a monopoly in regional towns in NSW. Will buy my materials online or at Bunnings.

Came 5 minutes just before they close and still served me. Bought bulky items and they helped with the loading. And what's more, the handling was great! they didn't just throw the items around, they handled it with care! Can't be happier!
